As a care staff Excellent Care System You will provide the following care and support to those who use nursing care facilities ・Support and record the activities of daily living ・Assist the elderly during Recreational activities ・Assistance with eating, bathing, and excretion We provide training for all tasks, so you can work with peace of mind.
Holiday ※ Vacation ※Shift system ・Shift system with 2 days off per week (9th to 10th day off per month) ・Preferred days off can be requested up to 2 days off per month. ・Annual vacation 119 days ・Paid vacation (as stipulated by law) ・Congratulatory and condolence leave ・Prenatal and postnatal leave ・Childcare leave ・Nursing care leave ・Paid leave(given after 6months of employment) ・Refreshment Leave ・Condolence Leave

※SSW Requirements base on the remaining period of stay: 3.5 years or more :NO Qualification is possible 3 years remaining :Shonin Shakenshu is required 2.5 years remaining :Jitsumu Shakenshu is required ※Foreign nationals with residence status other than SSW Requirements: ♢Japanese language proficiency (JLPT) N4 or higher ♢Caregiving experience is not required, but must begin taking the initial training course (Shonin Kenshu) within 3 months after employment (expenses provided by the company)
